Business Development Manager, IT – 0034360 Location: US-MO-St. Louis – On-Site Description Drive the growth of Experis clients and your career in the fast‑paced IT talent market. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with new and existing clients, using your network and tools to identify talent and IT solutions. Provide solutions for new challenges, consult on talent needs and promote Experis and ManpowerGroup services. Meet performance targets, stay goal‑oriented, take initiative, and remain agile in a fast‑paced industry. Act as a talent partner: leverage thought leadership, positioning, and market knowledge to become the go‑to expert for IT talent. Collaborate with internal teams to scale sales capabilities and drive deeper client engagement. Mentor and support career development for team members, contributing to a culture of growth and inclusion. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in staffing. High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication, networking, and consulting skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
