About the Position

Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: CVOR Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months experience required; 2 years preferred License: Current license preferred Certifications: BLS required; NBSTSA and/or NCCT preferred Must-Have: Strong surgical tech experience, CVOR experience, and experience in cardiac OR Description: This position involves working in the cardiovascular operating room. The shift is from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Cardiac call is required, and the tech will perform other cases if no cardiac cases are available. Strong experience in vascular and CVOR is required. Candidates with 3 or more years of experience are strongly preferred. Travelers must be nicotine-free as this is a smoke-free facility. The position will include participation in training for students and new staff. Additional requirements include experiencing in settings that align with the needs of the position. This facility supports ongoing training and adheres to strict compliance policies.
