Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Experience working in schools with children and adolescents is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document services in accordance with school and program standards
• Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms is a plus

Position responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy and intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student goals, progress, and service delivery
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team
• Provide direct and consultative services per student needs
• Offer resources and training to teachers and families as appropriate
