Title Dentist Job Description Clinical Care: Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatments, including restorative, endodontic, and oral surgery procedures. Treatment Planning: Develop and discuss personalized treatment plans with patients, ensuring they understand their options and the importance of oral health. Patient Management: Provide gentle and effective care for patients of all ages, managing dental anxieties and building long-term trust. Supervision: Lead and collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient clinical flow and adherence to safety protocols. Salary Range part-time $156,400 - $199,800 per year - Pay Structure: 28% – 32% of collections, depending on experience and open to negotiation. Benefits Retirement: Optional 401(k) retirement plan available. Shift & Schedule Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Choose all or some days). Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. DEA Registration General Dentistry Licensed dentist Valid Connecticut State Dental License. Registrations: Current DEA registration and Controlled Substance registration. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly valued but not required.
