This role focuses on leading the maintenance team during the night shift, ensuring plant operations run efficiently, safely, and cost‑effectively. Responsibilities Results Focus Provide technical guidance and assign tasks to team members. Ensure proper tools, supplies, and equipment are available. Promote safe work practices and maintain a safe environment. Resolve personnel and operational issues to maintain productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies, Maintenance and Quality procedures, GMP, HACCP, NQS, SSOP, FTQ. Track safety and productivity goals and provide direction. Attend BU DORs & WORs. Manage controllable costs (labor and materials) and use SAP and shift handoff sheets to manage work orders. Lead & Develop People Create a positive, productive environment for associates. Train, coach, and develop associates; provide one‑on‑one and team coaching. Communicate administrative matters, policies, and performance updates. Document incidents requiring disciplinary action. Draft procedures, schedule work in Kronos, and manage vacation schedules. Submit supply and maintenance requests and other administrative forms. Resource Management Reduce environmental impact and waste. Drive continuous improvement using NCE and other tools. Requirements & Minimum Education Level Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must demonstrate knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements, and support Nestlé programs including SHE, NCE, TPM, GMP, and ISO standards. Compliance with NQMS, ISO, and other quality, safety, and environmental standards is required. Experience At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in food, beverage, or manufacturing environments. Skills Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills.
