Solid Rock Recruiting - #1 Specialty Recruiting Firm in the USA Drywall Project Manager / Estimator – Commercial Interiors | Seattle, WA We’re partnering with a well-established commercial drywall and framing contractor in the greater Seattle area that’s known for quality craftsmanship, long-standing client relationships, and a strong pipeline of negotiated work. The firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a key leadership role that blends estimating, project management, and client relationship building — ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and business sides of construction. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed drywall and framing estimates and proposals for commercial projects Manage awarded projects from buyout through closeout — ensuring schedule, quality, and profitability Oversee cost control, budgets, and project documentation Coordinate closely with superintendents, field teams, and clients to resolve challenges Develop and maintain relationships with GCs, vendors, and architects Lead and participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in commercial drywall project management and/or estimating Strong understanding of drywall, metal framing, and acoustical systems Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, or comparable estimating software Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Local market experience preferred Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary + performance bonuses Vehicle allowance and full benefits package Projects located throughout the Seattle–Tacoma metro area Interested in learning more?
