About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a stable manufacturing organization seeking a Recruiter to support their team. Job Title: Recruiter Industry: Manufacturing Pay: $33-36/hr Hours : Monday through Friday from 8-4:30 pm Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to attract active and passive candidates. Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and perform initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, design job descriptions, and evaluate candidates. Offer Management: Negotiate salaries and benefits with chosen candidates and finalize hiring details. Candidate Experience: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience from application to onboarding. Data Management: Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) updated and track recruitment metrics Qualifications: 2-5 years of full cycle recruitment experience Bachelors Degree preferred, Associates required Strong verbal and written communication skills.
