As a Guest Services Agent , you'll be the first smile our guests see when they arrive and the last impression they leave with. You'll play a vital role in delivering the warm, genuine hospitality that DoubleTree by Hilton is known for.

What You'll Do

As a Guest Services Agent, you will:

• Welcome and check in guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Process guest check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Respond to guest questions regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, shopping, entertainment, and directions.
• Create, modify, confirm, and cancel guest reservations.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and room availability.
• Process payments, prepare guest folios, and balance transactions.
• Assist guests with luggage when needed.
• Coordinate restaurant, transportation, and entertainment reservations.
• Promote Hilton and hotel marketing programs, special offers, and guest loyalty initiatives.
• Post additional guest charges such as food, telephone, and other services.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional front desk area.
• Provide wake-up call services and assist with guest messaging.
• Help safeguard and store guest property when necessary.
• Attend departmental meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Complete additional projects as assigned by hotel leadership.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned in the absence of the General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus—but not required! We are happy to train the right candidate.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and frequently lift or carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and physical examination.
