Nurse Manager

Encompass Health seeks a Nurse Manager for our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this leadership role, you will oversee nursing operations in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, ensuring safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring nursing staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care plans, managing staffing and scheduling, supporting regulatory compliance, and driving quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with strong clinical judgment, rehab or acute care experience, and proven leadership skills in a dynamic, nurturing environment focused on excellent outcomes.
