Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Plano, TX
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR position that offers competitive pay and reliable equipment? Join American Trucking Group, where we provide dry van routes with excellent mileage potential and performance bonuses. Home Time:
- Typically out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight.
- We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may arise.
- Schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All vehicles come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing waiting times at docks.
- Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Weekly earnings average between $1,350 and $1,600 based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week.
- Base pay rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for those who achieve 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers capable of achieving 3,000 miles per week.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
Benefits:
- Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days.

- Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
