Work location: Florida (Orlando or Boca Raton) REQUIREMENTS This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of substantive commercial real estate responsibilities in support of affordable housing transactions. You will assist with document drafting and review, legal research, digital file management, and all phases of closings and post‑closing processes. The role includes regular interaction with attorneys, clients, and third‑party vendors, as well as coordinating workflow across multiple matters simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and effective process management are essential, as you will support attorneys under strict deadlines while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency throughout each transaction lifecycle.
