Pre-Suit Paralegal

Are you an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Pre-Suit Paralegal looking to join a well-established and respected law firm? We're seeking a motivated professional with 3–7 years of experience on the plaintiff's side of personal injury cases to manage cases from intake through the commencement of litigation. Responsibilities include: Managing pre-suit personal injury cases from start to finish Opening and closing case files Communicating with clients throughout treatment Conducting liability investigations Identifying defendants and obtaining insurance coverage information Gathering and organizing medical records, bills, and lien information Drafting settlement demand packages Reviewing and understanding medical records Negotiating medical bills and liens Providing exceptional client service while maintaining strong attention to detail What We're Looking For: 3–7 years of plaintiff personal injury experience (required) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and positive attitude What We Offer: Health Insurance Weekly Pay Performance Bonuses Schedule: Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts Location: Miami, FL 33145 (Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting.)
