2nd Shift Mig Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 02:00am)

• Perform Mig welding on wire and metal components according to production specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurement tools to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Inspect completed welds and finished products to verify quality standards are met.
• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean work area while following all safety and production procedures.

2nd Shift Mig Welder Qualifications:

• Previous Mig welding experience required; ability to produce quality welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing, bending, and twisting throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and workplace safety.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
