Enrichment Program Coordinator

Job Description Inspired Kids Programs brings high-quality, on-site enrichment programs directly into schools, childcare centers, and community locations. Our mission is simple: help kids grow confident, capable, and excited to learn. We operate three unique programs under one umbrella: Crouching Tigers – martial arts and life skills for young children Tumbling Tigers – movement, tumbling, and foundational physical skills Techie Kids Club – coding, robotics, and STEM exploration We’re looking for energetic, reliable instructors who love working with kids and want meaningful, part-time work that fits into their schedule. As a Kids Enrichment Instructor, you’ll lead fun, structured classes for children ages 2–8 in one or more of our programs. Classes take place on-site at partner schools, typically during the school day or immediately after. No prior martial arts, gymnastics, or coding experience is required — we provide paid training, lesson plans, and ongoing support.
