As a Business Analyst, you will:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves conducting thorough requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.

Primary Skillset

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience in process mapping and workflow analysis
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques

Secondary Skillset

• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Familiarity with business process modeling notation (BPMN)
• Experience with business intelligence tools
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analysis
• Create process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize business processes
• Develop functional specifications and use cases
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities
• Provide ongoing support to business users

Candidate must have skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, IIBA) preferred

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $ 85,500 - 100,500 $ Per Year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
