You are applying to work with a franchisee of Scooter's Coffee. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees. The Shift Leader is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting manager / assistant manager in a variety of store operating duties. The Lead will serve as a role model of barista responsibilities and team leader when management is not present.-We are looking for an amazing, outgoing and friendly individual who is interested in working 20-25 hours a week in the morning / afternoon in a energetic fast paced work environment. -You need to have a passion for people and be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
-We offer flexible hours with school. College tuition reimbursement available. -Our locations offer secure inside work environment with free covered parking. -Competitive starting wage of $ 18 - 20 per hour which includes generous tips. -Previous barista experience required - If you enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis we would love to talk to you about this position with our franchise.
