Associate Program Director - Peconic Bay Medical Center

Position Overview Northwell Health is excited to welcome Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join our team as an Associate Program Director at the Family Medicine Residency Program at Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead, NY. The Associate Program Director will play a key role in shaping the educational curriculum, working closely with the Program Director and assisting in the day‑to‑day management of the program. They will ensure the program follows all regulations of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, providing a fertile ground for professional growth and development. Responsibilities Shape the educational curriculum and assist in day‑to‑day program management. Ensure compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education regulations. Supervise residents, medical students, and other trainees caring for patients under the Department. Coordinate and schedule subspecialty rotations. Coordinate and oversee faculty participation in the outpatient curriculum. Serve on hospital committees and perform other medical staff and administrative functions as required. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician. Compensation Full‑time clinical base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, influenced by specialty, experience, academic accomplishments, patient experience, and productivity.
