Associate Program Director - Peconic Bay Medical Center

Northwell Health is excited to welcome Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join our team as an Associate Program Director at the Family Medicine Residency Program at Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead, NY. As Associate Program Director, you will shape the educational curriculum, work closely with the Program Director, and assist in day‑to‑day program management while ensuring compliance with ACGME regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise residents, medical students, or other trainees and coordinate patient care under the Department. Schedule and coordinate subspecialty rotations and oversee faculty participation in the outpatient curriculum. Serve on hospital committees and perform medical staff and administrative functions as required. Assist with program development and maintain adherence to accreditation standards. Qualifications Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Family Medicine Physician with a commitment to teaching and leadership. Compensation Full‑time clinical base compensation ranges from $125K to $750K, based on specialty, experience, academic accomplishments, and other factors. This range may be modified in the future.
