Turn Your Competitive Mindset Into a Career
Were you an athlete? Do you thrive on competition, coaching, teamwork, and measurable goals?
Launch 513 is looking for competitive, sports-minded individuals who want to bring that same mentality into a professional environment.
This entry-level opportunity combines sales, customer acquisition, leadership development, and business training . No previous sales experience is required—we're looking for people with the attitude, discipline, and willingness to be coached.
What You'll Do
- Represent our telecom campaign in face-to-face customer environments
- Engage customers and identify their needs
- Educate customers on available products and services
- Support customer acquisition and account growth
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development
- Learn sales, communication, and leadership fundamentals
- Help train and support newer team members as you advance
Who Thrives Here?
We're especially interested in candidates who are:
- Competitive and goal-oriented
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
- Comfortable working toward measurable goals
- Strong communicators
- Team-oriented
- Resilient and self-motivated
- Interested in leadership and business
- Motivated by advancement opportunities
Former athletes and candidates with backgrounds in sports, hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, fitness, events, or sales often bring highly transferable skills.
Your Development
Our goal is to develop people, not simply fill positions.
You'll receive hands-on training in customer acquisition, sales, communication, leadership, team development, and campaign operations.
As you demonstrate performance and leadership ability, opportunities for additional training and responsibility become available.
If you miss the competition, accountability, teamwork, and constant improvement that come with sports, bring that mindset to Launch 513.
Apply today to be considered.
