Teacher's Aide - Long Beach, California

Key Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Previous experience as a school-based paraprofessional or RBT preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students exhibiting severe behavioral concerns
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Ability to remain calm and adaptive in challenging situations

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent 1:1 support to an assigned student with behavioral needs

• Accurately document daily progress and behavioral incidents
