What You’d Be Selling Pel Hughes is a 71‑year‑old, woman‑owned company based in New Orleans — and we are not your typical print and direct mail business. We execute sophisticated, high‑volume communication programs that our clients absolutely cannot afford to get wrong. We’re talking about healthcare systems managing patient communications. Insurers running renewal campaigns. Financial institutions handling compliance‑critical customer correspondence. Gaming and hospitality brands running loyalty and acquisition programs at scale. Utilities communicating with millions of customers across complex regulatory environments. These organizations need a partner they can trust with their data, their timelines, and their reputation. Deals closed, accounts opened, maybe a book of business you’d bring with you. You know how to get in front of the right people and you know how to earn their trust fast. More specifically, you might have: Existing relationships in healthcare, insurance, financial services, gaming, hospitality, or utilities Experience selling complex, data‑driven communication or direct mail solutions A history of breaking into enterprise or mid‑market accounts others couldn’t crack The instinct to spot a problem before a client even knows they have one This is not an entry‑level role. We’re looking for someone who walks in ready — and hits the ground running. What You’d Be Doing Hunting new business in priority verticals, relentlessly and systematically Opening strategic accounts and building relationships that last Diagnosing client communication challenges and bringing solutions that actually fit Collaborating with our internal data, production, and client service teams to deliver on what you promiseTurning first wins into recurring programs and long‑term partnerships Compensation We build offers to match what you bring.
