$100K-$130K Base
HIGH PRIORITY SEARCH

Seeking a highly hands-on QA Manager with 3-5+ years of QA leadership experience within a food manufacturing environment. This individual will oversee food safety, compliance, audit readiness, and quality operations inside a rapidly scaling production facility.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SQF audits and compliance initiatives
• Oversee QA operations and food safety procedures
• Interface closely with Production, Maintenance, and Operations teams
• Maintain strong floor presence and operational involvement
• Help strengthen and scale overall quality systems

Requirements

✅ 3-5+ years of QA leadership experience in food manufacturing
✅ SQF Practitioner required
✅ PCQI Certification required
✅ HACCP Certification required
✅ Experience managing SQF audits
✅ Strong communication and leadership presence
✅ Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
