The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational and computer skills to support Sales management and staff. Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Creating sales presentations and materials. Assist sales management and account executives with input of sales orders into WideOrbit traffic system. Customer service duties include obtaining local invoices for clients/agencies as needed, assistance with tracking down missing copy and instructions and other duties as asked. Assist Account Executives and talent with recording and editing video for client social media posts. Perform general administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Team player who can take initiative with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude, cooperative, productive in performing a variety of duties. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite. Experience with industry‑specific programs such as WideOrbit and X‑Ray.
