Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, night shift, weekdays with some weekends and holidays required

Highlights:

• Fast-paced Emergency Department serving all patient populations from neonates through geriatrics
• Patient ratio of 4:1 across all shifts with 20-bed unit averaging 54 visits per day
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and social services
• Cerner charting system with 24 hours of orientation provided
• Travel nursing experience required; this facility does not accept first-time travelers
• Navy blue scrubs; unit will attempt to group shifts when possible

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Active RN license (Compact state accepted; pending licenses will be considered)
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS through American Heart Association
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility location
• Minimum of 2 manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions considered with physician documentation)
