Retail Replenishment Manager

Store – SALEM, NH Lead and support inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance. Plan for and provide a well‑merchandised, in‑stock store so customers can shop easily. Deliver friendly customer service. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, execute company policies and standards, and hold the team accountable for store conditions and results. Manage and support truck processes and lead teams to ensure standards are met; achieve the team’s KPIs and help the staff attain their individual KPIs. Execute and support the planogram process (POGs) to standard. Execute and support the AD set processes. Manage and execute shrink and safety programs. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD). Maintain seasonal sets and the feature space to visual merchandising standards. Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing, and training of new team members; support talent development activities and participate in performance management activities of the team. Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values; project a positive image and serve as a role model for others. Acknowledge customers, help locate product, and provide solutions. Assist with omnichannel processes. Be cross‑trained in custom framing selling and production. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Preferred: Special certifications or technical skills. Preferred: Retail merchandising and customer service experience. Physical Requirements Ability to remain standing for long periods of time. Ability to move throughout the store. Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching. Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment. Work Environment Public retail store setting caring for customers; all public areas climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled. Some outdoor work may be assigned, such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
