More time for the important aspects of patient care:30 minute appointment visitsIn house dispensing of generic medications at a wholesale cost which delivers enormous savings to members.Wholesale prices for lab tests for members at a small fraction of usual prices.130+ specialists available to the provider through RubiconMD at your fingertips to use for informational purposes to augment the management of your patients.What You'll Be Working On:Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visitsTreating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visitsContinuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalitiesOngoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teamsUtilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office proceduresCollaborating with one or more NP or PA colleaguesWilling to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional statesEducation, Licenses, and Experiences Required For This Role:At least 2 years of primary care experience required.Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of ColoradoThe ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certificationOne Medical providers also demonstrate:A passion for human-centered primary careThe ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgroundsThe ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality careClinical proficiency in evidence-based primary careThe desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare deliveryAn openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknessesThe ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleaguesReadiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patientsOne Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $75/hr. Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such skill sets, depth of experience, and work location.
