Your typical responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine dental cleanings to eliminate plaque, tartar, and calculus
• Applying fluoride treatments and sealants for tooth protection
• Taking digital x-rays
• Evaluating patients' oral health and identifying disease indicators
• Educating patients on effective oral hygiene practices
• Discussing treatment options and preventive care with patients
• Assisting dentists during procedures as necessary
• Accurately documenting patient care and treatment plans
• Ensuring proper sterilization of dental instruments and equipment
• Maintaining patient records and medical histories
• Adhering to infection control and safety standards
• Staying updated with dental regulations and industry best practices
