Title Dental hygienist Job Description We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist, responsibilities include the following: Using dental instruments to clean accretions, calcareous deposits, and stains from teeth and beneath margins of gums Applying fluorides and other dental decay prevention agents Assist in the prevention and control of dental caries (decay) and gum disease Obtain and review dental history and/or records from patient Educate patients regarding the importance of oral hygiene, as well as instruction and demonstration of effective oral hygiene methods Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, FEHA, DOL, HR policies and practices) Salary Range full-time $60 - $70 per hour Salary based on experience.
