Supply Chain Scheduler

About the Role Lead and manage the customer service and procurement teams for the site. Define and monitor key indicators and targets. Support implementation of supply chain tools and methods (Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, Milk run). Ensure realistic and consistent SIOP/MPS and manage site load. Coordinate with customers and critical resources to resolve bottlenecks. Optimize resources and inventory levels to meet industrial objectives. Track MPS realization and propose corrective actions related to component availability. Define inbound and outbound transportation plans in collaboration with External Flow Analyst. Coordinate customer logistics to issue sales forecasts, analyze variations, and negotiate adjustments. Update and analyze customer service rates for all customers. Manage logistics and supply chain collaboration with external platforms. Enter data into SAP for SIOP and MPS planning. Track delivery performance, daily shipments, and production priorities; take corrective actions. Coordinate with customers on returnable container availability. Measure daily service rate for each customer and supplier SSR. Propose action plans to improve service levels. Coordinate procurement team to meet MPS service rate and inventory targets. Lead actions for stock reductions and monitor inventory target realization. Lead logistics and purchasing meetings and follow up on action plans. Propose logistics protocols with suppliers in cooperation with External Flow Analyst and Purchasing. Coordinate inventory management for components through inventory targets. Qualifications Technical Bachelor’s of Science degree. 2‑3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics. At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics at a high‑speed manufacturing plant. Experience with Google or Microsoft Administrative applications. Experience using SAP.
