This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building strong teams and helping employees succeed. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $17-$29 per hour, including performance incentives. Starting pay will depend on qualifications, supervisory experience and demonstrated ability. You'll work closely with our management team to help keep our business fully staffed while creating a positive workplace where employees feel respected, supported and encouraged to succeed. We're Looking For Someone Who: Speaks fluent English and Spanish Has previous supervisory or leadership experience Enjoys working with people Is organized and dependable Communicates professionally Can handle confidential information Wants to help employees succeed Experience in recruiting, staffing or human resources is helpful, but not essential.
