Bartender/Server @ Lobby Bar - Flexible Shifts (PT)

Job Details Job Location: 7593 GATHERING DRIVE - KISSIMMEE, FL 34747 Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service while serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food items in a timely manner Entertain guests while mixing drinks, talking about spirits and offering trivia and history about various alcohols to keep guests engaged and enjoying themselves Provide up‑to‑date knowledge of daily specials, events, and promotions Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen Monitor bar area to ensure guest satisfaction, respond promptly to additional requests, and determine when drinks are near completion Ensure all side work (replenishing supplies, cleaning ice bins, changing kegs, etc.) is completed Conduct opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures Maintain a clean, professional appearance, ensuring the assigned uniform and nametag are worn at all times Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service Attend all required meetings and training Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to meet business needs Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand service standards Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must have or be able to obtain a ServSafe certification within 30 days of employment Bartending/Mixologist experience of at least 2 years is required; private/club operations preferred; hospitality experience is a plus Knowledge of wine and spirits is required Proficient with POS systems required Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail, multi‑tasking, and time‑management abilities Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions (reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling) for extended periods of time Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs English language proficiency is required to perform the essential functions of this position Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required based on business need EEO Statement Reunion Resort & Golf Club is an Equal Employment Opportunity and E-Verify employer.
