The Quality Control Lead plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and consistency across production operations at Mint Cannabiss Florida facilities.

This role supports the companys Compliance team by overseeing GMP adherence, managing supplier quality documentation, and assisting with BioTrack reporting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment.
