Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of Maryland
• Experience providing speech and language services in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong skills in assessment, developing IEP goals, and documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with a variety of needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services to students, adapting interventions as needed
• Work closely with educators, administrators, and families to support students’ academic communication goals
• Maintain accurate progress notes, evaluations, and reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development activities as required
