Transportation Manager

ryThe Delivery Manager is responsible for leading all delivery operations within an assigned territory, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused execution of daily routes. This role oversees delivery drivers and support personnel while maintaining high standards for customer service, product quality, DOT compliance, merchandising, vehicle maintenance, and team performance. The Delivery Manager partners with operations and sales leadership to improve service levels, optimize routes, and develop a high-performing delivery tea m. Qualificati onsPrevious leadership experience in delivery, transportation, warehouse, beverage distribution, logistics, or route operatio ns.Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skil ls.Excellent communication and customer service abiliti es.Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety practices preferr ed.Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environme nt.Strong organizational and problem-solving skil ls.Valid driver's license; CDL preferred or ability to meet company driving requiremen #J-18808-Ljbffr
