Client Experience Specialist

Supporting real estate transactions in a remote capacity, the Client Experience Specialist will manage non-licensed administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing from contract to close while collaborating with agents and clients primarily in the Eastern Time Zone. Key responsibilities: Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates and deadlines for real estate transactions Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication through closing Required qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination Ability to navigate multiple software systems and manage transaction-related financial details Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills for transaction accuracy and problem-solving Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
