Required Skills & Experience
- SAP DMS (Document Management System), Mandatory - hands-on configuration & advisory experience

• Delivery Scope Description : Project DescriptionProvide expert SAP advisory and architectural guidance to support the customer's evaluation and planned replacement of IBM FileNet with Microsoft SharePoint as the external document management and archiving platform. The objective is to assess the current landscape, define a compliant target architecture, and drive optimal use of SAP standard integration capabilities within the customer's S/4HANA environment. TasksThe external contractor will independently: Analyze the current IBM FileNet integration landscape connected to SAP. Assess existing document management, archiving, and content repository processes. Advise on the suitability of Microsoft SharePoint as a replacement archive platform. Provide SAP architecture consulting for migration scenarios from IBM FileNet to SharePoint. Evaluate and recommend the appropriate use of SAP standard interfaces, including ArchiveLink, Content Server, and ILM. Advise on SAP DMS best practices and document management architecture in an S/4HANA context. Consult the identification of technical risks, dependencies, and compliance considerations. Provide guidance for migration and implementation planning, including high-level roadmap recommendations.Deliverables Assessment and advisory findings regarding the current IBM FileNet integration landscape. Documented recommendations for the target SAP-SharePoint architecture. Architecture and integration guidance covering SAP standard interface utilization (ArchiveLink, Content Server, ILM). High-level migration considerations, risks, dependencies, and recommended implementation approach. Knowledge transfer provided during workshops and consulting sessions. Acceptance Criteria (How SAP Verifies Completion) Advisory sessions and consultation activities are performed as requested and agreed with the customer. Recommendations and findings are presented and reviewed with the relevant customer and SAP stakeholders. Requested architecture, integration, and migration guidance is provided within the agreed scope. Customer questions and identified topics are addressed through consulting sessions and documented recommendations. SLAs/KPIs (Completion Target / Timing) Advisory support requests are responded to and scheduled within five (5) business days, subject to stakeholder availability.
