About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Providing education and support to residents and families to promote health and wellness
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
- Experience in long-term care or related field preferred
- Ability to lift and transfer residents with ease
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and caring approach to resident care
