Overview Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating caregiver effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards. Qualifications Graduated from a nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in the relevant state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completed within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be required based on the unit, such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials. Physical Requirements The role involves frequently pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing and walking, and performing tasks that require gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Here
