About
Coric designs, distributes, and supports material handling equipment and solutions — forklifts, racking and storage systems, and warehouse automation — for customers across manufacturing, distribution, and logistics. As Coric expands its branch and distribution network, we're looking for a seasoned HR executive to set the people strategy for the entire organization and build an HR function that scales with the business.
Reporting- Regional Operations Director
The Operations Manager leads the growth and operational strategy for the Parts & Service business across the branches within their region. This role is responsible for driving performance and implementing efficient, standardized processes across all locations. The Operations Manager works closely with the Regional Operations Director to implement company operations standards and drive continuous improvement in operational performance.
Essential DutiesDrive operational and financial performance across assigned branches by analyzing key business metrics, advancing Coric Equipment’s objectives, and ensuring accountability for achieving Parts & Service budget and operating plan targets. Hold overall responsibility for the Parts and Service P&L.
Ensure the annual financial objectives of the assigned branches are met with respect to revenues, direct costs, gross margin, operating costs, and branch profitability.
Formulate programs and initiatives that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation.
Ensure the assigned branches have the resources needed to execute the plan and achieve their annual financial and business objectives.
