Desired skills and experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license required
• Previous experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare OT settings highly preferred
• Ability to assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy for preschool-aged children
• Strong communication skills to interact with students, families, and school staff
• Flexibility to effectively manage a fluctuating caseload
• Collaborative mindset to support students' educational and developmental goals

In this role, you will:

• Provide therapy services to preschoolers across three different sites
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other school professionals
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development as needed
• Adapt therapy techniques and support strategies as enrollment and student needs change
