Litigation Attorney (Remote, CA Bar & CA Resident)

AMG is partnering with a highly regarded California defense firm to hire a Litigation Attorney. This role will represent major automotive manufacturers in complex litigation matters, managing cases from discovery through trial while gaining meaningful courtroom and trial experience.

Location: Remote (Must Be CA Barred & Reside in California)

Compensation: $165,000-$220,000 DOE

What you'll be doing

• Managing litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Appearing at court hearings, CMCs, and status conferences
• Participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Developing litigation strategy and advising clients

What you'll need to have

• Active California Bar license
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Discovery and deposition experience
• Experience appearing in court proceedings
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently
