NP, Nurse Practitioner/PA, Physician Assistant - Family MedicineWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in New Braunfels, TX. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting while also supporting patients with select obstetrical needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building long-term patient relationships and delivering high-quality care across a broad patient population.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive family medicine services, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease managementEvaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespanPerform wellness exams, routine screenings, and follow-up visitsManage common primary care conditions and coordinate specialty referrals as neededSupport obstetrical patients as part of a collaborative care teamOrder and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studiesEducate patients on disease prevention, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choicesMaintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMRCollaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient careQualificationsCurrent Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantNational certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)Previous family medicine or primary care experience preferredObstetrical experience preferredStrong clinical assessment and communication skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a team-based environmentSchedule & CompensationFull-time outpatient scheduleCompetitive compensation based on experienceComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
