CNO Developer

Job Title: CNO Developer Parsons is seeking an experienced CNO Developer with expertise in Reverse Engineering to join our team. The role focuses on vulnerability research and the development of tools to assess security risks. What You’ll Be Doing Productize proof-of-concept demonstrations that illustrate the impact of vulnerabilities for customer mission needs. Use reverse engineering skills to explore the inner workings of various systems and software to uncover security vulnerabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product effectiveness. Propose and develop tooling that enhances team efficiency and effectiveness. Required Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of professional experience in CNO, CNE, or research-based engineering. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and code repositories (e.g., GitLab, Bitbucket). Active TS SCI clearance; must be able to obtain Polygraph clearance. Experience developing with C, C++, and Python frameworks (e.g., Metasploit). Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Python, and Assembly. Strong understanding of low-level systems, software design, and security practices. Experience with debuggers/disassemblers (e.g., gdb, Ghidra, Binary Ninja) and common hacking toolsets (e.g., Kali Linux, Metasploit). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Skills Deep understanding of multiple CPU architectures. Proven history of creating tooling and technical infrastructure that supports CNO development of exploits and payloads. Knowledge of the internals of one or more RTOSs. Experience interacting with the OSI model using low-level languages. Security Clearance Active Top Secret SCI clearance is required to apply. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance prior to the start date.
