Senior Accountant - Manufacturing & SAP (Individual Contributor)

We are partnering with a global LED manufacturing company with North American operations in Southern California to hire a Senior Accountant . This is a hands‑on individual contributor role with high visibility and exposure to multinational operations and U.S. IPO readiness. This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong accountant who enjoys execution, problem‑solving, and working closely with SAP in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Execute month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis Prepare financial reports in accordance with US GAAP Perform cost accounting activities including BOM analysis, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variances Act as a power user of SAP ERP (FI/CO) to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting Support SOX compliance efforts and external audit requests Coordinate intercompany transactions with international entities Communicate with Asia‑based headquarters in English and Mandarin Qualifications 8–12+ years of accounting experience, ideally in electronics or automotive manufacturing Advanced hands‑on SAP ERP experience (required) Strong knowledge of US GAAP Solid Cost Accounting experience including BOM analysis, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variances (required) Execute month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities Fluency in English and Mandarin (required) CPA or CMA preferred IPO preparation experience is a huge plus Experience in multinational environments strongly preferred Why Consider This Role High‑impact IC role with global exposure Stable manufacturing business with long‑term growth IPO preparation experience without public‑company pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr Niwota Solutions
