Primary Responsibilities: Engage in both inside and outside sales activities, ensuring existing customers are serviced excellently and new prospects are developed. Build and nurture robust relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service and value. Perform comprehensive site surveys to evaluate current and future client needs across all accounts. Offer bespoke technical advice and solutions, closely tailored to individual customer requirements. Accurately estimate projects and prepare competitive quotes. Oversee material procurement and production scheduling. Apply engineering expertise in the design and development of components for Electric Arc Furnaces. Position Requirements: The role is based in Birmingham, AL, with an expectation of approximately 10% travel. Prior demonstrable success in sales is highly regarded. Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
