?? What You'll Be Doing

As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in building industry-leading cooling systems and custom equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assembling chiller units using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical components.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Installing, fitting, and securing components according to specifications.

• Supporting production activities including packaging, shrink wrapping, and material movement.

• Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work area.

• Cross-training in additional assembly departments and custom equipment builds.

??? What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production experience .

• Comfortable using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally.

Bonus Experience:

• Sheet metal fabrication

• Mechanical assembly

• Wiring or electrical assembly

? Schedule Options

First Shift

Monday - Thursday: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Friday: 5:30 AM - 10:00 AM

Second Shift

Monday - Thursday: 2:00 PM - 1:30 AM

• 30-minute lunch break

• Two paid 10-minute breaks

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.
