Location: Omaha, NE Metro Area

Earnings Potential: $49,200 – $83,500+ (Uncapped commission)

About the Opportunity
MCL Talent Partners is searching for a friendly, driven B2B Sales Representative on behalf of a premier client in the Omaha area with exciting new leadership . This is a great time to join a team building fresh momentum and new opportunities.

You'll meet face-to-face with local business owners to help them with supplemental benefit solutions for their teams (strictly B2B — no door-to-door or retail sales). Your work ethic and people skills matter most. Comprehensive training provided.

Day-to-Day

Community networking with business owners and managers.
Deliver clear benefit presentations.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Support on-site enrollments and ongoing client service.
Participate in training and leadership development.

What You Bring

Great people skills and ability to build rapport.
Self-motivated with a coachable mindset.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willing to complete state licensing (full support provided).
