Delivery Lead - Strategic Supplier Program

Delivery Lead (Long Term Contract) Overview Seeking a hands‑on Delivery Lead to support a large enterprise transformation program. This individual will serve as a flexible resource across multiple workstreams, driving execution, removing roadblocks, and ensuring key initiatives stay on track. This can be located in Austin, Raleigh, San Jose, Atlanta, or Durham. Key Responsibilities Support workstream leaders with project planning, execution, and delivery oversight. Identify dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and blockers; drive resolution. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve program objectives. Maintain project plans, milestones, action logs, and status reporting. Facilitate governance meetings, stakeholder communications, and decision‑making sessions. Provide executive‑level updates on progress, risks, and deliverables. Rotate across workstreams as business priorities evolve. Qualifications 5+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience in complex enterprise environments. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution with limited supervision. Experience supporting large‑scale transformation initiatives preferred. Background in global, highly matrixed organizations is a plus. Success Measures On‑time delivery of workstream objectives. Effective resolution of delivery challenges and execution gaps. Strong stakeholder alignment and program visibility. Consistent achievement of milestones across multiple initiatives.
