Retail Team Lead

Are you a natural leader who loves staying active, keeping things organized, and making sure the floor runs like clockwork? We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Retail Team Lead to guide our floor team, oversee inventory replenishment, and deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

salary: $17 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Guide & Execute: Oversee backroom sorting, truck unloading, and shelf replenishment to ensure high product availability.
  
  
  
• Hands-on Support: Safely lead by example in loading, unloading, and staging bulky merchandise (ability to lift, move heavy items, and safely climb ladders required).
