Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Hours per Week: 36

Employment Type: Contract (W-2)

Certifications: BLS, ACLS required

Experience: 1+ year in Step Down or similar unit

Hourly Rate: $59.18

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality step-down nursing care to patients in a progressive care unit
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed
• Document patient progress accurately in compliance with hospital standards
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning
• Adapt to float requirements within the Ohio State University (OSU) campus as needed

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of relevant RN experience in a step-down, critical care, or similar setting

• Experience working night shifts
• Ability to float within OSU units
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
